Review
The biggest achievement of the game is that it has improved a lot as a sequel but still not as good enough to make it an unforgettable experience. The repetive gameplay with same type of tasks over and over again is still present in the game. Freaks in the game remind me of old games like Carmageddon where you used to smash zombies with your vehicle. Driving through city is fun & it too can be compared to older games like Midtown Madness where I used to drive through city for almost no reason at all, just because it was too much fun. Game still needs to work on it's storyline, it can really change the game experience.

Pros
1. Good graphics when it comes to the environment, trees and bushes look really good but when you look at the character faces, they seem to be pasted with glue.

Cons
1. Hard to detect enemies - Most of the stealth games makes it easier to locate enemies, your focus stays on strategising on how to avoid detection. In GW your approach is to keep moving, take gambles and if detected/about to be detected you improvise and take out the enemy. The result is that it's hardly any fun.
2. You fire a sniper without silencer nobody reacts to it, You crouch through tall bushes slowly and a guard may spot you from the other island.
3. Stealth game in first person view! Only Crysis has done it successfully but that is a different  case because in Crysis stealth means going invisible while moving around, so it doesn't matter where the character's body is.
4. You zoom in to see ahead and find no one then you start moving and notice that enemies have now spawned in the area.
5. No freedom, just move from point to point as indicated by the game. Several times you will find good spot for stealth, only to be greeted by invisible walls.
So will you choose the broken stealth or just 'run and gun' it? My suggestion will be neither.

Review

Pros
1. Time alteration powers and in the last few minutes of the game, you can use them without any energy restrictions.
2. Lot of scavenging, though ammo and health packs are more than plenty. Singularity offers some unique puzzles for powers you have but these puzzles get repetive with time.

Cons
1. Tips are usually displayed in the middle of enemy waves.
2. No option to change difficulty, so pick it carefully.
3. You get lot of tech(to purchase upgrades for health, armor etc) in the final segment of the game. So much that you can almost buy each and every upgrade that game offers. I agree with less upgrade options in the beginning so that player has to choose what to take and what to leave but why in the final chapter? This is the time to pace up the action and not starring at the upgrade screen.
4. More than often you will encounter the invisible barriers. Few times I found alternative route to my destination but was greeted with invisible walls because that is not how game wants me to play. So not very carefully created game environment.

Review
In 2010 when the game was released, I decided to skip this game as I try to avoid horror games, but I realised that it is a mistake. Alan Wake is a masterpiece, a game with a great gameplay & the fantastic story. The way story is presented through Manuscript pages, radio & TV shows etc increases it's effectiveness. Being a Remedy product, there were shades of Max Payne in the game, like the sound if you bump into a locked door. I hope we will get more from this series soon.

Undead Nightmare [DLC]
Undead adds another level to the epicness of Red Dead, shooting zombies could not be more fun. I really thank Rockstar for always coming up with something unique and awesome. Really enjoyed another 6-8 hours riding horses and shooting in this perfect game of 2010.
